This washed Pacamara from Abel Giron of Las Botijas stood out to us for its intense citric and malic acidity,  juicy texture, and its tropical fruit undertones. Abel purchased the farm in 2011, after years of hard work he has transformed the farm into a world recognized and award winning farm. In the cup we taste green mango, white grapefruit, and honeydew.
