This coffee has some special significance to us. Earlier this year we had the honor of being one of the judges for the Ecuador Farmers Collection competition and we managed to secure one of our favorite lots from the auction. This washed Typica Mejorado from Finca El Alisal has wonderful stone fruit and apple qualities. In the cup we taste peach, apricot, and  Pink Lady apple.
