Colombia - Linarco Rodriguez - Washed Chiroso

Linarco is a third generation farmer that owns and manages his 42 hectare family farm, Finca Betania. Linarco is dedicated to meticulous processing to retain the natural sweetness, floral aromas, and balanced acidity of his coffee. His focus on quality won the farm second place in Cup of Excellence in 2019. 

This is our second time purchasing coffees from Linarco and we couldn’t be more excited to release this beautiful washed Chiroso. This coffee stood out to us for its juicy texture and sweetness. It has the classic lemongrass qualities found in many Chiroso coffees, along with some delicate tropical fruit notes reminding us of starfruit and pineapple rounding out with a butterscotch sweetness.
