Ecuador - Vinka - Anaerobic Washed Sidra

We are thrilled to release another Sidra lot from Vinka. This particular Sidra has undergone a 72 hour anaerobic fermentation before being washed and dried slowly on raised beds inside a greenhouse. This coffee presents itself with a clear maple syrup richness, cooked pineapple, and vanilla like florality.
